Stephanie’s professional credentials include recognition as a Certified Strata Manager through Strata Community Association Queensland, complimented by her Certificate IV in Strata Community Management. In 2023 Stephanie received the award for most outstanding essay through both the SCA Queensland and National chapters for her thought-provoking essay on women in strata, igniting much needed conversation towards the future workforce in strata and the important role women contribute towards industry success.
Whilst originally born in Melbourne, Stephanie has called the Gold Coast home for over 24 years and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in the world. Beyond her professional endeavours, she remains grounded in her personal life, cherishing moments spent with her family.
With a career background in banking and hospitality, Adam started his strata journey in 2008. Promoted to Senior Body Corporate Manager, he then progressed to Branch Manager for one of the largest Body Corporate Management firms on the Gold Coast.

With a career background in banking and hospitality, Adam started his strata journey in 2008. Promoted to Senior Body Corporate Manager, he then progressed to Branch Manager for one of the largest Body Corporate Management firms on the Gold Coast.
Broadening his experience, Adam then worked at a boutique firm, servicing the communities in the Hope Island Resort, followed by a role at the largest Management Rights operator in Australia as an in-house Strata Consultant.
Adam went on to become the State Manager (QLD) for one of the largest Body Corporate Management companies in Australia. Utilising his leadership and communication skills, Adam was successful in creating a high performing team and business unit.
Over the years, he has gained experience in every type of strata scheme and associated legislation. Adam has a well-rounded approach to strata, having experienced all the facets of a strata community – working in Management Rights, residing in communities as a short-stay holiday guest, permanent tenant, and owner occupier, to becoming an investor and Committee Member.
Hailing from Adelaide, and a Gold Coast local for 25 years, Adam's credentials include being a Strata Community Association QLD (SCAQ) Accredited Strata Community Manager. In 2022, he was elected by his peers to serve on the SCAQ Board of Directors, highlighting his leadership within the industry.
