Director - Strata Manager

Stephanie began her career in the strata management industry in 2013, honing her administrative skills and legislative knowledge working with particularly complex and nuanced schemes.  

Throughout the years, Stephanie has navigated the intricacies of residential complexes, high-rise buildings, resort style properties and layered schemes with finesse. 

Stephanie’s solid reputation has been built on her dedication and proactive engagement with her clients. Her ability to mediate and foster collaborative environments has been instrumental in maintaining positive client relationships and resolving conflicts effectively.  

Stephanie’s professional credentials include recognition as a Certified Strata Manager through Strata Community Association Queensland, complimented by her Certificate IV in Strata Community Management. In 2023 Stephanie received the award for most outstanding essay through both the SCA Queensland and National chapters for her thought-provoking essay on women in strata, igniting much needed conversation towards the future workforce in strata and the important role women contribute towards industry success. 

Whilst originally born in Melbourne, Stephanie has called the Gold Coast home for over 24 years and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in the world. Beyond her professional endeavours, she remains grounded in her personal life, cherishing moments spent with her family. 

Director - Strata Manager

With a career background in banking and hospitality, Adam started his strata journey in 2008. Promoted to Senior Body Corporate Manager, he then progressed to Branch Manager for one of the largest Body Corporate Management firms on the Gold Coast.

Broadening his experience, Adam then worked at a boutique firm, servicing the communities in the Hope Island Resort, followed by a role at the largest Management Rights operator in Australia as an in-house Strata Consultant. 

Adam went on to become the State Manager (QLD) for one of the largest Body Corporate Management companies in Australia. Utilising his leadership and communication skills, Adam was successful in creating a high performing team and business unit.

Over the years, he has gained experience in every type of strata scheme and associated legislation. Adam has a well-rounded approach to strata, having experienced all the facets of a strata community – working in Management Rights, residing in communities as a short-stay holiday guest, permanent tenant, and owner occupier, to becoming an investor and Committee Member.

Hailing from Adelaide, and a Gold Coast local for 25 years, Adam's credentials include being a Strata Community Association QLD (SCAQ) Accredited Strata Community Manager. In 2022, he was elected by his peers to serve on the SCAQ Board of Directors, highlighting his leadership within the industry. 

Finance Manager 

Rachael began her career in the strata industry in 2007 and brings more than 18 years of experience working across the administrative and financial functions that support the management of bodies corporate. Over that time she has progressed into specialised finance and operational leadership roles, building strong experience in managing complex financial matters across a range of communities.

Rachael holds a Diploma of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting. Her background in strata finance has provided her with a thorough understanding of the financial structures and reporting that underpin well-managed communities.

She particularly enjoys the analytical side of her role and working through the detail to ensure financial information is accurate and easy to understand.

Rachael enjoys staying active by going to the gym and taking long coastal walks on weekends. She also loves travelling and enjoys discovering new places, aiming to fit in an overseas trip every couple of years.

Executive Assistant

  Lisa entered the strata industry in 2020 and quickly built a strong foundation of experience, progressing through roles as an Assistant Strata Manager, Strata Manager and Senior Strata Manager.

Prior to moving into strata, Lisa spent over eight years working in the hotel industry, including roles with Accor and Palazzo Versace. Her background in hospitality and hotel operations has given her a strong understanding of how resort-style and mixed-use buildings operate, which is particularly helpful when working with communities where strata and hotel operations intersect.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Event and Hotel Management along with a Certificate IV in Strata Management. Throughout her career in strata, she has developed a strong interest in the operational and financial side of managing communities, particularly in relation to budgets, process development and layered scheme structures.

Lisa enjoys working through complex operational matters and helping ensure communities are well organised and supported.

Accounts Officer

  Richelle began her career in 2011 working within Embedded Electricity Networks, supporting strata buildings across Australia. This experience provided valuable insight into how buildings operate and the services that support strata communities, before transitioning fully into the strata management industry in 2013. 

Over the years, Richelle has developed extensive experience across several specialist areas of strata operations including utilities, levies, debt recovery, accounts payable, roll updates and finance, including the management of caretaker salary processes. Much of her work has involved supporting large and complex strata schemes, giving her a strong understanding of the financial processes that underpin the day-to-day running of body corporates.

Having worked across multiple departments within the industry, Richelle brings a well-rounded perspective to the financial and operational side of strata management. She particularly enjoys the problem-solving aspect of the role and working through the detail required to keep communities operating smoothly.

Richelle is a mum of two and enjoys spending time travelling with her family. Many weekends and holidays are spent exploring Australia in their camper and discovering new places together.
