Director - Strata Manager Stephanie began her journey in the strata management industry in 2013 as an Assistant Strata Manager, where she gained valuable experience across all facets of strata management. This early exposure helped her develop a strong understanding of body corporate legislation, governance, and community living. As her career evolved, Stephanie advanced into leadership roles, serving as Branch Manager for one of Australia's largest body corporate management companies. In this position, she managed complex communities and led high-performing teams, significantly enhancing service delivery through refined processes, improved communication, and robust support. As a Director at True Strata, Stephanie brings over a decade of industry experience, specializing in residential complexes, high-rise buildings, resort-style properties, and layered community title schemes. She is deeply committed to providing clients with practical advice and fostering positive relationships with clients, committees, and her team, embodying the principles of strata community support. Stephanie holds a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management and actively contributes to the industry through her work with the Strata Community Association Queensland, including her participation on the Legislation Committee and supporting educational initiatives within strata management. Originally from Melbourne, Stephanie has proudly made the Gold Coast her home for over 24 years. When she’s not working, she enjoys quality time with her husband and two daughters.

Director - Strata Manager With a career background in banking and hospitality, Adam began his strata journey in 2008. He was promoted to Senior Body Corporate Manager and then advanced to Branch Manager at one of the largest Body Corporate Management firms on the Gold Coast. To broaden his expertise in strata management, Adam worked at a boutique firm, servicing communities at Hope Island Resort, and later took on a role as an in-house Strata Consultant with the largest Management Rights operator in Australia. Adam eventually became the State Manager (QLD) for one of the dominant Body Corporate Management companies in Australia. Utilizing his leadership and communication skills, he successfully created a high-performing team and business unit dedicated to property management. Over the years, Adam has amassed experience in every type of strata scheme and the associated legislation, developing a well-rounded approach to strata. He has engaged with the strata community in various capacities—working in Management Rights, staying as a short-stay holiday guest, living as a permanent tenant and owner-occupier, and even acting as an investor and Committee Member. Originally from Adelaide, Adam has proudly called the Gold Coast home for 25 years and has developed a strong connection with the local strata community. In 2022, he was elected by his peers to serve on the Strata Community Association Queensland Board of Directors, a testament to his experience, leadership, and commitment to strata community support within the industry.

Finance Manager Rachael began her career in the strata industry in 2007 and brings more than 18 years of experience as a property management expert, working across the administrative and financial functions that support strata community support for bodies corporate. Over that time, she has progressed into specialized finance and operational leadership roles, building strong expertise in managing complex financial matters across a range of communities. Rachael holds a Diploma of Accounting and a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting. Her background in strata management has provided her with a thorough understanding of the financial structures and reporting that underpin well-managed communities. She particularly enjoys the analytical side of her role, carefully working through the details to ensure financial information is accurate and easy to understand. Outside of work, Rachael enjoys staying active by going to the gym and taking long coastal walks on weekends. She also loves traveling and seeks to discover new places, aiming to fit in an overseas trip every couple of years.

Executive Assistant Lisa entered the strata industry in 2020 and quickly built a strong foundation of experience, progressing through roles as an Assistant Strata Manager, Strata Manager, and Senior Strata Manager. Prior to moving into strata management, Lisa spent over eight years in the hotel industry, including positions with Accor and Palazzo Versace. Her background in hospitality and hotel operations has provided her with a solid understanding of how resort-style and mixed-use buildings function, which is particularly beneficial for providing effective strata community support where strata and hotel operations intersect. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Event and Hotel Management, along with a Certificate IV in Strata Management. Throughout her career, she has developed a keen interest in the operational and financial aspects of managing communities, particularly in relation to budgets, process development, and layered scheme structures. As one of the property management experts in her field, Lisa enjoys navigating complex operational matters and ensuring that communities are well-organized and supported.

Accounts Officer Richelle began her career in 2011 working within Embedded Electricity Networks, supporting strata buildings across Australia. This experience provided valuable insight into how buildings operate and the services that support strata community support, before transitioning fully into the strata management industry in 2013. Over the years, Richelle has developed extensive experience across several specialist areas of strata operations, including utilities, levies, debt recovery, accounts payable, roll updates, and finance, including the management of caretaker salary processes. Much of her work has involved supporting large and complex strata schemes, giving her a strong understanding of the financial processes that underpin the day-to-day running of body corporates. Having worked across multiple departments within the industry, Richelle brings a well-rounded perspective to the financial and operational side of strata management. She particularly enjoys the problem-solving aspect of the role and working through the detail required to keep communities operating smoothly. Richelle is a mum of two and enjoys spending time travelling with her family. Many weekends and holidays are spent exploring Australia in their camper and discovering new places together, showcasing the balance she maintains between her responsibilities as one of the property management experts in strata management and her personal life.
